I only worked with Jo briefly on ITU at St Thomas', but can simply say it was an honour to work with such an intellectual, caring, funny man. It is a tragedy to the juniors coming up the ranks that they will never get to know what an extraordinary person he was. He will be sorely missed by all of us in ITU.
