Joseph - you were our second ever Registrar in our respiratory team in Ashford, where I was secretary to you and our consultant Dr Morris. I remember how we instantly clicked and you were a pleasure to work with. One of my special memories of you was how you would leave your oily old bike leaning against my desk when you were on nights and try to remove it before I got in in the morning. You never managed it.
