I miss my best friend but feel so proud and privileged to have known Joseph. His warmth, enthusiasm, humour and compassion was contagious and his guidance on all things related to respiratory medicine, respiratory research, bicycle punctures and life was truly invaluable. He really did teach me everything I know. M x
